IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust SPVs Merged with Godawari Green Energy

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust announced the merger of its Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) - Globus Steel & Power Private Limited, IndiGrid Solar – I (AP) Private Limited, and IndiGrid Solar – II (AP) Private Limited - with Godawari Green Energy Private Limited. This merger was approved by unitholders on January 4, 2024, and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has issued an order for the same. The appointed date for the merger is April 1, 2024, with the effective date set for June 10, 2026. This restructuring is in line with the SEBI InvIT Regulations and LODR Regulations.
