Brahmaputra Commodities Sells 0.659% Stake in Indong Tea

Brahmaputra Commodities Private Limited, a promoter group member of Indong Tea Company Ltd, has disclosed the disposal of its entire equity shareholding. The company sold 1,28,000 equity shares, representing 0.659% of the paid-up share capital, through open market transactions between January 28, 2026, and February 4, 2026. Following this transaction, Brahmaputra Commodities Private Limited now holds a nil stake in Indong Tea Company Ltd. The disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
