Inflame Appliances: Ashwani Goel Resigns, Amit Kaushik Appointed Director

Inflame Appliances Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Ashwani Kumar Goel from the position of Whole-time Director, effective April 15, 2026, citing personal reasons. Concurrently, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Amit Kaushik as an Additional Director, effective the same date, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kaushik, who currently serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will also hold the title of Additional Director. Notably, Mr. Amit Kaushik is the brother of Mr. Aditya Kaushik, the Chairman and Managing Director, and the father of Mr. Anusheel Kaushik, another Whole-time Director of the company.
