Inflame Appliances: Whole-time Director resigns; CEO appointed as Additional Director

Inflame Appliances Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Ashwani Kumar Goel from the position of Whole-time Director, effective April 15, 2026, citing personal reasons. Concurrently, the Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, approved the appointment of Mr. Amit Kaushik as an Additional Director, also effective April 15, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing General Meeting. Mr. Amit Kaushik, who currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, will continue in his CEO role alongside his new designation as Additional Director. He brings over 29 years of experience and is related to the Chairman & Managing Director and another Whole-time Director.
