JSW Energy commissions 150 MW Tidong Hydro Project

JSW Neo Energy Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, has successfully commissioned the full 150 MW capacity of its Tidong Power Generation Private Limited hydro-electric project in Himachal Pradesh. This commissioning occurred ahead of the guided timeline of October 2026. The project, which has a Power Purchase Agreement for 75 MW with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd, is expected to be earnings-accretive in FY27. This addition increases JSW Energy's total installed capacity to approximately 13,900 MW, with 445 MW added in Q1 FY27. The company aims for 30 GW generation capacity by 2030.
