Indo Borax Acquires 64.26% Stake in Kronox Lab Sciences

Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited, along with PAC Fontcck Chemicals Private Limited, has acquired a significant stake of 2,38,44,000 equity shares, representing 64.26% of the total share capital, in Kronox Lab Sciences Limited. The acquisition was executed through a Share Purchase Agreement dated August 20, 2026, with sellers Mr. Ketan Vinodchandra Ramani, Mr. Pritesh Vinodchandra Ramani, and Mr. Jogindersingh Gianchand Jaswal. This transaction is a substantial acquisition under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and the disclosure has been made accordingly. The acquisition effectively transfers control of Kronox Lab Sciences to Indo Borax & Chemicals.
