Landmark Property Development Company Ltd Settles ₹35 Crore Balance Space Booking Arrangement with Related Party Eterna Living Private Limited

Landmark Property Development Company Ltd has entered into a Refund and Settlement Agreement with its related party, Eterna Living Private Limited, for cancellation of the balance space booking arrangement and refund of the outstanding advance amounting to ₹35,26,15,047/. As per the terms of the agreement, the aforesaid amount will be refunded within six months from the date of execution, and an amount of ₹15,00,000/- has been received as part payment upon execution. This transaction has been approved by the Audit Committee, Board of Directors, and shareholders of the Company in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
