Lemon Tree Hotels Acquires Land for Mumbai Hotel

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, through its material subsidiary Fleur Hotels Limited, has acquired a land parcel in Bandra (East), Mumbai for ₹120 Crores. The land will be developed into a Lemon Tree Premier hotel, featuring approximately 172 keys. This expansion strengthens the company's presence in Mumbai, marking its seventh property in the city. The hotel is strategically located near the Bandra Kurla Complex and aims to cater to business travelers, MICE, and leisure segments.
