Lemon Tree Hotels Signs New Property in Patancheru, Telangana

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new hotel, Lemon Tree Hotel, Patancheru in Telangana. This property will be managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited. The hotel will feature 90 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. This signing expands Lemon Tree Hotels' presence in Telangana to eight properties, including four operational and four upcoming ones. The company views Telangana as a high-priority market due to its industrial growth and tourism potential, with Patancheru being a strategic business hub.
