Lemon Tree Subsidiary Completes Mumbai Land Acquisition for ₹120 Cr

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Fleur Hotels Limited, has completed the acquisition of a land parcel in Bandra (East), Mumbai for ₹120 Crores. The land, measuring approximately 989.30 square meters, is intended for the development of an upscale full-service hotel under the "Lemon Tree Premier" brand. This acquisition marks the Group's 7th property in Mumbai and is strategically located adjacent to the Bandra Kurla Complex, a key commercial hub. The proposed hotel will feature around 172 keys and aims to cater to business travelers, MICE, and leisure segments.
