Madhav Infra Promoter Group Inter-se Share Transfer of 8.68M Shares

Madhav Infra Projects Ltd has filed a disclosure regarding an inter-se transfer of 8,688,614 equity shares (3.223% of total share capital) within the promoter group. The transfer is proposed to occur via a Gift Deed from Mr. Ashok Madhavdas Khurana to Mr. Amit Ashok Khurana, a promoter.
