Mahindra Lifespace Subsidiary Signs Second Supplemental Agreement
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, Mahindra World City Developers Limited (MWCDL), along with Sumitomo Corporation, Japan, and Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai Limited (MIPCL), executed a Second Supplemental Agreement on July 22, 2026. This agreement aims to further expand the existing Industrial Park in Tamil Nadu by developing Phase 2B in Chennai. The deal is an extension of the 2015 Joint Venture Agreement and a prior supplemental agreement. MWCDL holds 89% of its equity, with the remaining 11% held by TIDCO. MIPCL is 60% owned by MWCDL and 40% by Sumitomo Corporation. The agreement confirms related party transaction status and will be conducted on an arm's length basis.
