Mahindra Lifespaces Expands Origins by Mahindra Chennai with Phase 2B

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. (MLDL), through its joint venture Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai Limited (MIPCL), has executed a Second Supplemental Agreement with Sumitomo Corporation, Japan. This agreement facilitates the expansion of 'Origins by Mahindra' in Chennai with the development of Phase 2B, covering approximately 95 acres. This expansion, building on a partnership that began in 2015, aims to further strengthen the industrial ecosystem and support global and domestic investments, reinforcing Chennai's position as an industrial hub. The total area across all phases will now be approximately 540 acres.
