Mangalam Drugs Appoints New Auditors for 5 Years

Mangalam Drugs & Organics Limited announced at its 53rd AGM that M/s L.N. Joshi & Co. has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors and M/s S.N. Nanda & Co. as Statutory Auditors. Both appointments are for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 53rd AGM up to the 58th AGM. This move follows the retirement of the previous Statutory Auditor, M/s V.S. Somani and Co., upon completion of their term. The company has complied with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for these appointments.
