Mangalam Drugs Appoints S.N. Nanda & Co. as Statutory Auditor for 5 Years

Mangalam Drugs & Organics Ltd announced the appointment of M/s S. N Nanda & Co, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditor for a period of five consecutive years. This appointment was approved by the shareholders at the 53rd General Meeting held on September 23, 2026. The firm has over 60 years of experience in auditing public sector undertakings, banks, and other organizations. Concurrently, M/s L.N. Joshi & Co. was appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the same term, and M/s V.S. Somani and Co. retired as Statutory Auditors upon completion of their term.
