Mangalam Global Appoints Reena Wagh as Whole-Time Director

Mangalam Global Enterprise Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Reena Unmesh Wagh as an Additional Director, designated as Whole-Time Director (Executive Director). Her appointment is effective from June 29, 2026, for a term of three years, concluding on June 28, 2029. This appointment is subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also approved the revised notice for its 16th AGM, scheduled for July 27, 2026. Mrs. Wagh holds a BSC (Computers) and MCM, with diplomas in Fashion and Jewellery design, and has managed her own clothing brand for eight years. She is not related to any existing directors or KMPs.
