Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on June 29, 2026. The Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Reena Unmesh Wagh as an Additional Director, designated as Whole Time Director (Executive Director), for a period of three years, effective from June 29, 2026, to June 28, 2029. This appointment is subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board approved the revised notice for the 16th Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 27, 2026. The company will submit the AGM notice and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 in due course.
