Manraj Housing Finance Appoints Ajitsingh Behra as Independent Director

Manraj Housing Finance Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Ajitsingh Bansilal Behra as an Additional Independent Director, effective August 12, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Behra, aged 55, holds a B.Sc. in Physics and brings expertise in business management, procurement, customer and supplier management, and business planning. No director on the board is related to him. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
