Acquirers Mr. Ritesh Tiwari & Mrs. Alka Tiwari to Acquire 26.00% Equity Share Capital of Net Pix Shorts Digital Media Ltd at Rs. 32/- per Share

This Letter of Offer is sent to the Shareholders of Net Pix Shorts Digital Media Limited for the acquisition of 8,32,016 Equity Shares by Mr. Ritesh Tiwari & Mrs. Alka Tiwari, constituting 26.00% of the Equity Share Capital. The Offer Price is Rs. 32/- per fully paid-up Equity Share, payable in Cash. The Offer is being made in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The Offer is not conditional upon any minimum level of acceptance and is not a competing offer. The Shareholders who have tendered shares in acceptance of the Open Offer shall not be entitled to withdraw such acceptance. The Offer is subject to all the statutory approvals that may become applicable at a later date before completion of the Offer.
