This pledge, representing 0.0858% of the total outstanding units, was made in favor of Deutsche Bank AG as the onshore security agent. The pledge serves to secure obligations related to a credit facility availed by NXST ML (NQ) Limited from a lender, as per a facility agreement dated June 13, 2023, and subsequent amendments. The disclosure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Trust's internal codes.
