Catalyst Trusteeship Acquires 2.55% Stake in Nisus Finance Services via Pledge Creation

Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd, acting as a security trustee on behalf of Tata Capital Limited and DSP Finance Private Limited, has acquired a 2.55% stake in Nisus Finance Services Co Limited. The acquisition was made through the creation of a pledge over certain equity shares of Nisus Finance Services Co Limited. The total number of shares pledged was 6,10,000, which is 2.55% of the total share capital and voting rights of the company. This acquisition was made on March 24, 2026. The total equity share capital of Nisus Finance Services Co Limited is Rs. 23,87,81,000 divided into 2,38,78,100 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
