NMDC: Independent Director Sanjay Tandon's tenure ends

NMDC Ltd announced the conclusion of Shri Sanjay Tandon's tenure as a Non-Official Independent Director on its Board. His re-appointment, as per a Ministry of Steel order dated April 15, 2025, was for a period of one year from that date, or until further orders. Accordingly, his term ended on April 14, 2026. The company has provided an updated list of its Board of Directors, which includes Functional Directors, Government Nominee Directors, and the remaining Non-Official Independent Directors.
