Oberoi Realty Books ₹8,109 Cr at Gurugram Project

Oberoi Realty has achieved gross bookings of approximately ₹8,109 crore at its luxury residential development, Three Sixty North, in Gurugram. This marks a significant milestone as the company expands into the National Capital Region (NCR). The project has recorded bookings for 13.52 lakh sq. ft. of RERA carpet area (23.10 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area). Spread across 14.8 acres, the development will feature seven residential towers, landscaped spaces, a clubhouse, and retail offerings. Chairman and Managing Director, Vikas Oberoi, highlighted the project's success as a reflection of customer trust and the company's commitment to quality and disciplined execution, reinforcing their philosophy of building thoughtfully with a long-term perspective.
