ONGC Announces 33rd AGM and FY26 Dividend

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 31, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The meeting will cover the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26 and the declaration of a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share. The company has set September 4, 2026, as the record date for dividend eligibility. Remote e-voting facilities will be available to members from August 27 to August 30, 2026. The AGM agenda also includes the reappointment of Mr. Arun Kumar Singh as Chairman and Director, and the appointment of Mr. Satyan Kumar as Director (Strategy & Corporate Affairs).
