ONGC to hold 33rd AGM on Aug 31, 2026, via VC/OAVM

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 31, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will commence at 11:00 hours IST. The company will present the Audited Financial Statements for FY'26 and consider a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share.
