Oil India Ltd Announces 67th AGM on Sep 17, 2026

Oil India Ltd has announced its 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of a final dividend of ₹1 per share, re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and authorization for the Board to decide statutory auditor remuneration for FY 2026-27. Special business includes the appointment of Shri Bhupinder Kumar as Government Nominee Director and amendments to the Memorandum of Association regarding the objects clause and authorized share capital. The Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 is also being shared with members.
