Om Power Transmission Ltd has announced the incorporation of its new subsidiary, OPTL Green Energy Private Limited, in India. The Certificate of Incorporation was received on October 5, 2026. The new entity will operate in the renewable energy industry, focusing on developing, owning, constructing, operating, maintaining, and implementing various renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and energy storage. Om Power Transmission has subscribed to 5,600 equity shares of ₹10 each, totaling ₹56,000, giving it a 56% equity shareholding in the subsidiary.
