Adani Ports incorporates Paradip Mahanadi Terminal as WOS

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company named Paradip Mahanadi Terminal Limited ("Paradip") on October 6, 2026. The new subsidiary is established for the development and operations of two dry bulk berths at Paradip Port, Odisha. Paradip has been incorporated with an authorised and paid-up share capital of ₹5,00,000, divided into 50,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. APSEZ holds 100% of the shares in Paradip.
