The new entity will operate in the Fintech, SaaS, and AI sectors and will also serve as a holding company for group and third-party investments. The initial capital infusion is set at USD 10,000 (or INR equivalent), with Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd holding 100% shareholding. This move is part of the company's strategic expansion and diversification efforts in the global fintech landscape.
