Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, "ZAGGLE HOLDING LIMITED", in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates. The Board of Directors approved this strategic move during a meeting held on October 6, 2026. The new entity will operate in the Fintech, SaaS, and AI sectors, and will also serve as a holding company for group and third-party investments. The initial capital infusion is planned at USD 10,000 (or INR equivalent), to be paid in tranches. This expansion into ADGM signifies Zaggle's intent to broaden its international presence and operational capabilities within the global fintech landscape.
