Om Power Transmission Incorporates Subsidiary OPTL Green Energy

Om Power Transmission Ltd has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, OPTL Green Energy Private Limited, on October 5, 2026. The subsidiary will focus on developing, owning, operating, and maintaining renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, hydro, and biomass. Om Power Transmission has subscribed to 5,600 equity shares of OPTL Green Energy at a face value of ₹10 each, totaling ₹56,000, representing a 56% stake. The consideration for the subscription was paid in cash.
