Panchsheel Organics Appoints New Director Post Demise

Panchsheel Organics Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Chandan Mahendra Turakhia as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent). This appointment follows the demise of Shri. Mahendra A. Turakhia. Mrs. Turakhia, with over 35 years of experience in HRA and motivational training, holds a graduation from Malaya University and has excelled in accounting principles. She is the wife of the deceased director and sister-in-law to other promoters. Her appointment is effective August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. She is not debarred from holding a director's office and has no shareholding in the company.
