Panchsheel Organics Appoints New MD, Reappoints Director

Mrs. Chandan Mahendra Turakhia was regularized as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, bringing over 35 years of experience in human resources and accounting. Additionally, Mr. Kishor Abhaychand Turakhia's designation was changed from Whole-Time Director to Managing Director, leveraging his over 40 years of experience in finance and strategy. The company also appointed M/s. Harshal Doshi And Associates as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term.
