Paras Defence Re-appoints Internal, Cost Auditors for FY27

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd re-appointed M/s S M L and Co. LLP as Internal Auditor and M/s Dinesh Jain & Company as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 13, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share.
