Park Medi World Subsidiary to Operate 300-Bed Hospital in Kanpur

Park Medi World Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Aggarwal Hospital and Research Services Private Limited, has entered into a 28-year operation and management agreement with Axis Educational Society (AES). This agreement will allow the subsidiary to operate and manage a 300-bed multi-super speciality hospital, Axis Hospital and Research Centre, in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The company will invest in renovation and equipment on an asset-light basis, with a revenue share model of 6% of collections, subject to a minimum guaranteed amount of INR 20,00,000 per month. This expansion reinforces Park Group's strategy in Uttar Pradesh and aims to increase its operational bed capacity efficiently.
