PCS Technology Ltd to Approve Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 & Nine Months of FY2025-26 on Feb 10, 2026

PCS Technology Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting is in accordance with Regulation 29(1) and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, in line with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for the insiders/designated persons of the company has been closed from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of results to the public, including the stock exchange.
