Cropster Agro Appoints Two Independent Directors, Reconstitutes Committees

Cropster Agro Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Dipak Rana and Mr. Yatharth Mimrot as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors, effective June 2, 2026. Following these appointments, the company reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Dipak Rana will chair the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee, while Mr. Yatharth Mimrot will be a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jaivikkumar Patel will serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
