Cropster Agro Appoints Two New Independent Directors

Cropster Agro Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Dipak Rana and Mr. Yatharth Mimrot as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors, effective June 2, 2026. Both directors bring over three years of relevant experience. Mr. Rana has expertise in accounting and financial activities, while Mr. Mimrot has experience in agri commodities, procurement, and marketing. Following these appointments, the company also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with the new directors taking on key roles, including Chairperson positions in the Audit and Stakeholders Relationship Committees.
