PNB Gilts Appoints Amit Kumar Srivastava as Director

PNB Gilts Limited announced the appointment of Sh. Amit Kumar Srivastava as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, subject to RBI and shareholder approval. The appointment follows a nomination request from Punjab National Bank, the promoter. Srivastava, an Executive Director at PNB with over 31 years of banking experience, also serves on the boards of IIFCL and NIBSCOM. The company also approved the notice for its 30th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, and set September 21, 2026, as the record date for a potential final dividend for FY25-26.
