Power Grid Appoints Amol Babulal Taori as Director (Finance) & CFO

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Amol Babulal Taori as Additional Director (Director Finance) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective August 20, 2026. This follows his appointment as Additional Director on August 18, 2026, by the Board of Directors. Shri Taori, a Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience, previously served as Executive Director (In-charge) International Trade at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. His appointment is for a period of five years. Concurrently, Shri Venkata Subrahamanayam Vallurie ceased to be the CFO.
