Premier Energies Reappoints Internal Auditor for FY27

Premier Energies Ltd has re-appointed M/s Protiviti India Member Private Limited as its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Statutory Auditors for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved raising funds up to ₹5000 Crores through various means and appointed Mr. Hitesh Kumar Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
