Route Mobile Acquires AI Business, Approves ₹35 Cr Loan

Route Mobile Limited's Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of the AI-led Omnichannel Business Undertaking of Heltar Technologies Private Limited by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Route Connect Private Limited. The acquisition will be conducted via a slump sale for a cash consideration of approximately ₹336.55 Crores (INR 238,845,200 upfront and INR 97,709,400 deferred). Additionally, the board approved a loan facility of INR 35 Crores to Route Connect Private Limited to fund this acquisition and other business purposes. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Route Mobile's AI and omnichannel capabilities and is anticipated to be completed within approximately six weeks.
