Sagility Recommends Final Dividend of ₹0.10 per Share for FY26

The Board of Directors of Sagility Ltd, in its meeting held on May 12, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
