Sandu Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced the sad demise of its Managing Director, Shri Umesh Sandu (DIN:01132141), on June 19, 2026. He was also a promoter of the company. His leadership and vision were instrumental in the company's growth. Consequently, he ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
