Sansera Engineering Appoints New Executive Director & CEO, Reappoints Independent Director

Sansera Engineering Ltd announced key management changes following a Board meeting on August 12, 2026. Mr. Hari Krishnan has been appointed as Additional Director, designated as Executive Director & CEO of the Aerospace, Defence & Semiconductor (ADS) division, for a five-year term effective August 12, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Samir Purushottam Inamdar has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective May 23, 2027, also pending shareholder approval. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with an unmodified auditor's report. The 44th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2026.
