Santosh Fine Fab Ltd. Announces Q3 and Nine Months Results for 2025

Santosh Fine Fab Ltd. has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The board of directors approved the results in a meeting held on 11th February 2026. The company's income from operations has increased significantly compared to the previous year. The total income for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 stands at 1,661.99 lakhs, a significant increase from the previous year's 1,185.93 lakhs. The profit before taxes and extraordinary items for the period stands at 215.58 lakhs. The company has only one reportable segment, i.e. manufacturing of 'Fabrics'. The audit committee has reviewed the results, and the statutory auditors have carried out a limited review of the same.
