SBI Card Appoints Saurav Ghosh as COO

SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd has appointed Mr. Saurav Ghosh as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a period of 2 years effective from June 21, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on May 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Ghosh brings over 24 years of experience in banking operations, HR, credit management, regulatory compliances, and digital transformation. He succeeds Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Sharma, whose term as COO concludes on June 20, 2026.
