SBI Cards Appoints Chander Kant as EVP & Head-Internal Audit

SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Chander Kant as EVP & Head-Internal Audit for a three-year term, effective July 1, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on June 22, 2026, following recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kant brings over 32 years of experience in banking operations, audit, compliance, and international banking. He will succeed Mr. Ved Prakash, whose term concludes on June 30, 2026.
