SBI Cards Appoints Chander Kant as EVP & Head-Internal Audit

SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd announced a change in its senior management following a Board Meeting held on June 22, 2026. Mr. Chander Kant has been appointed as the new EVP & Head-Internal Audit for a term of 3 years, effective July 01, 2026. This appointment was recommended by the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Concurrently, Mr. Ved Prakash will demit office as EVP & Head-Internal Audit on June 30, 2026, upon completion of his term. Mr. Kant brings over 32 years of extensive experience in banking operations, audit, compliance, and human resources.
