Schneider Electric Infrastructure Director Resigns

Mr. Chinmoy Das has resigned as Whole-Time Director and Senior Management Personnel of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited, effective June 30, 2026. The resignation is due to personal reasons. Mr. Das will also cease to be the Occupier of the company's factories from the same date. The company has accepted the resignation and will complete all necessary statutory and regulatory formalities.
